Book a Taster Fitness Session

To get started, book a taster session with Jason Doggett for £60.  The next step is a 4 week fitness plan, designed to get you off the starting block for £600.

If you’d like to address individual or specific requirements, please contact us to discuss drawing up a bespoke fitness plan.

Payment policy:

Our personal training sessions are payable in advance and non-refundable. We provide a receipt for your purchase.

Credit/debit card payments:

You may pay over the telephone using your credit/debit card. We use a secure payment processing system, powered by Sage Pay (formerly Protx) and Lloyds TSB Cardnet.

Payments by alternative methods:

You may also pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash, should you prefer.

Cancelling at the last minute:

You may cancel or re-schedule a session up to 24 hours before the start. If you choose to cancel within 24 hours of the start, a session will be deducted from your fitness plan.

Expiry date:

Our fitness plans are time-limited, designed to be taken within a set training period, in order to maximise results and maintain focus on your objectives.

The 4 week fitness plan is best considered like a course: 3 x fitness training sessions a week, stretching over a maximum period of 4 weeks.

We are flexible and work hard to fit sessions round the dictates of your schedule, where possible.  However, any outstanding sessions shall not be valid following the conclusion of the training period.

Referral scheme:

Often our clients hire personal trainer, Jason Doggett, over a long period of time – and take advantage of our referral reward scheme, recommending him to their friends and family.
