Intensive Fitness Plan

Following a taster session, the next step is our signature package – an intensive 4 week fitness plan, designed to get new clients off to a flying start:

  • 3 x fitness training sessions a week with Jason Doggett, over 4 consecutive weeks
  • A complete, progressive, whole-body exercise programme using multiplanar movements designed to burn maximum calories.
  • Nutritional advice and daily support by email/text. Keeping in touch with you, maintaining your motivation and helping you achieve your objectives.
  • Postural equilibrium and movement assessments to maintain structural efficiency.
  • Weekly reassessments of your progress and goals for the following week.
