Lose baby weight:

New mums need a carefully planned post natal exercise programme that works to flatten tummies and tone up your body after pregnancy.

We’ve created a special programme to lose pregnancy weight, which applies the principles of Optimum Performance Training™.  This model, developed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is recognised around the world as the gold standard of training protocols.  Applying these principles to your body after pregnancy will ease you into a more rigorous calorie-burning regimen, whilst avoiding injury.

Working alongside London Personal Trainer, Jason Doggett, you’ll:

  • stabilise joints loosened during pregnancy, develop strength, balance and pelvic floor control
  • encourage the realignment of abdominal muscles after diastasis recti through core work
  • and once you’ve mastered the correct joint movements – you’ll progress onto more rigorous and effective exercises, closely monitored by your trainer
