Jason is a fully insured and certified personal trainer (BA Hons, NASM-CPT, YMCA, REPS Level 3), with six years experience. Jason retains current and valid membership for all relevant associations and professional bodies.
Each year, Jason broadens his knowledge of the industry by taking new courses that keep his qualifications up-to-date and constantly improve his skill-set.
For the assurance of pregnant clients and new mums, Jason holds a VRQ from Premier (the foremost provider of personal training education in the UK): ‘Certificate in Exercise Prescription for Pre and Post Natal Clients.’
